I am so behind on blogging this wedding! I have had a great time going through these photos and finding some of my favorites from the day! Katie and Calvin got married at The Lodge at the Birmingham Zoo on October 9th! That was my first time shooting there, and it was great!!
There was a gorgeous stone backdrop for the ceremony site that Katie had decorated with a variety of beautiful flowers.
The bridesmaids stayed up towards the lodge for their photos, but the groomsmen wanted to venture through the actual zoo and get some fun shots down there! Of course I loved doing something a little different with them!
One quick thing that I thought was awesome..this bracelet was Katie’s great grandmother’s. (right, katie?) Not only is that special, but the bracelet has been around the world three times!! How cool is that??
What a pretty girl!
