Graham Baggett
What a joy to meet this sweet baby, Graham! He was such a little angel, despite the not so perfect weather! I went to Samford with this sweet mom…who sure does look great after just having a baby 3 months ago! I sure hope to get to see there three again very soon!
Catherine and Brook are engaged!
What an awesome couple!! Catherine and Brook asked me to meet them at their favorite breakfast spot in Birmingham, Over Easy, to start their engagement session! I love being able to make their photos personal. They were not only super cute little models, but they are also just fun to hang out with! They laugh…alot….and I love it!! Catherine is finishing up her last year at Auburn and will be moving back to Birmingham in May!
Apparently since I didn’t know about THE orange smiley face cookies, it was obvious I didn’t grow up in Birmingham! These cookies from Savages were a part of both of their childhoods, and they will be given out at their reception in November! (and yes, they let me sample them..YUM!)
Adalynn 3 months

Carter One Year
I was so excited when Kelly contacted me about photographing her (almost!) One Year old, Carter! This is actually the first time I have even met this little angel! What a FUN little guy and a SWEET family!! Kelly and Donald are such sweet parents…naturally they would have an awesome little man! Happy almost birthday, Carter! Hope to see you guys again real soon!

Brittney and Keith got married!
I was so excited to have the opportunity to photograph my sweet friend, Brittney last Saturday! I’ve gotten to know Brittney pretty well over the last four or five years through the YMCA, and she quickly became someone I thought very highly of! I was so excited when she and Keith got engaged and she told me she wanted me to photograph their special day! The Sonnet House has become one of my favorite venues to shoot, so I always look forward to a bride telling me that its the site for the wedding! Brittney and Keith have such a true love and respect for each other that makes your heart happy to see! I had a great time sharing this day with this awesome couple, and all of their sweet family and friends. And I have to say, I have never seen Brittney look more amazing! For someone who typically doesn’t love to be in front of a camera, she sure did work it on Saturday!

Whitney and Reid!
Whitney and Reid were married on March 17th in Birmingham. Their beautiful ceremony was held at Trinity United Methodist Church, with the reception following at Matt Jones Gallery. I loved Whitney and Reid from the first time I met with them. They seemed like such an awesome, laid back, fun couple! I knew their day was going to be great! I loved the green and white striped socks that the groomsmen wore in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day! Whitney wore some amazing shoes! Beautiful flowers! Great food! Fun dancing at the reception!

Morgan and Matt are engaged!
I LOVED getting to meet up with Morgan and Matt out at Matt’s mom’s beautiful home for the engagement pictures! I was in heaven havin a NEW, gorgeous place to shoot! Didn’t hurt that the couple isn’t hard to look at either! Can’t you just tell how gorgeous both Morgan and Matt will look on their wedding day?? I can’t wait!!

Heathcock Family 2012
Its hard to imagine its been a year since the last time I photographed this sweet family! As I was driving to their shoot last week, I just knew there was no way these children were going to be ANGELS like they were last year…but they were…BOTH of them…the whole time! It was truly amazing! Amazing to the point that I asked Molly how she does it!
Julia Ann and Travis are truly buddies! I just know that Travis is going to be such a sweet guy when he grows up, as he is already showing his big heart and kind nature with his sister!

Sarah and Jeff had an absolutely perfect wedding day last Saturday! From the first time I saw these two together, I knew their wedding was going to be fun! It has been quite a long time since I’ve photographed a wedding at Samford, and I have to say, it was kinda nice to be back! It truly is such a gorgeous campus! The ceremony was held in the beautiful Reid Chapel, with a reception following at the Matt Jones Gallery. Here are a few of my favorites from the day! Thomas Powell- One Year
Precious little Thomas turns ONE today! Happy Birthday!! I had such a great time chasing around this sweet little face yesterday at the Preserve!! Thomas is already a man on the move, and has so many amazing facial expressions! I hope your birthday party is wonderful!
