Shawn and Daniel

Every once and a while I have a bride who doesn’t necessarily feel like they need to meet me before they book me! I think it makes sense to meet with your photographer ahead of time to be sure that your personalities match up, but I’m always so flattered by the fact that they like my pictures enough to just shoot me an email and send a deposit to make things official!

This was the case with Shawn and Daniel, so I got to meet them both for the first time last week to shoot their engagement pictures!  Shawn and I have been communicating often through emails over the last few months about their upcoming December wedding.   Although there were some dark, looming clouds all afternoon, we managed  to spend a good amount of time before the skies opened up!  Shawn warned me ahead of time that she didn’t like having her picture made.  However, after a few minutes they both warmed up a little bit and seemed to have a good time! (at least I think so!) Shawn kept telling me that she would be happy if she just had “one good picture” from that day!  I feel safe in saying that here arefive photos that I can’t imagine her hating!   Maybe even liking a little?
