Stacy and Grant!

Stacy and Grant were married on June 25th in Huntsville, Alabama at the beautiful Annabella’s.   This was a new venue for me, and I loved it! It was a great old antebellum type home that was a perfect spot for weddings.   Like last weekend, the rain was pretty heavy for part of the morning, but luckily it cleared out and gave us a pretty wonderful day!

Stacy and Grant’s wedding had a beachy theme to it…which for those of you who know me, know I LOVE the beach! The bridesmaids dresses were  a strawberry pink color, and the groomsmen had nice pink ties to match!

Stacy and Grant did not see each other beforehand, so I got to spend some good time with just the bridesmaids, and the groomsmen as well! It was fun watching the bridal party have so much fun together.  We didn’t have a bridal session ahead of time, so I took a little extra time on Friday to get some good shots of just the bride.  It was great having her bridesmaids there while I was taking them, because I’m pretty sure I couldn’t have made her laugh as much as her friends did!

The ceremony was held outdoors, with programs also serving as fans for the guests to help keep cool!

The reception area was decorated with seashells, sand dollars, a colorful candy bar, palm trees, sand pails filled with goldfish….very creative! They had a nice line up of food, with seating for guests inside and out!  After some dinner, and the cutting of the cake, they had a few sweet dances to finish off the celebration of their wedding day!

Stacy and Grant were off to Cancun for their honeymoon! Congrats to the bride and groom!
